You need to be top of mind, to know their issues, their thoughts on your solution and how you can make it better for them. Reach out, talk to them, and be responsive.
One other reason to do this is that your competitors certainly are. They are going after your customers like never before and you have to ensure that they don’t succeed in getting them. The flip side of that coin is that you should go after your competitors customers like never before. If they aren’t receiving the best level of service, support or responsiveness, now is your chance!
